Join Candela for a ticketed UnBound12! Preview + Bingo Night for a sneak peek at the show and help kick off their fundraising efforts for 2023. Seats are limited to 32. Tickets are $35. Friday, July 7th, 2023 from 5pm - 8pm is the First Friday Opening and Art Walk, which is open to the public. Saturday, August 5th, 2023 from 7pm - 11pm is the annual UnBound! Gala, a fun themed party where participants can meet some of the artists, collect a piece, and help Candela reach their UnBound! Fund goal for 2023.  All events will be held at Candela Gallery, 214 W Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23220.

Two pieces from my new work, Ofrendas, have been selected for inclusion in the Women Eco Artist Dialogue The Power of Empathy 3D virtual exhibition. This show explores paths through the environmental and social-justice challenges that confront our world, including compassion for all living beings and transcending the fear of Others. The exhibit will be shown in Kunstamatrix from November 15, 2022 through February 15, 2023 and can be viewed here. At 6PM Pacific time Wednesday 12/14, I will be talking about the work along with some of the other exhibiting artists, then juror Tanja Geis will prompt a lively discussion.
